A Winner at kidVenture Island

We have been challenging the kids in K-4th grade to memorize the verse for UpsideDown Town. It's long and challenging but we think they can do it. We have been reviewing it in Large Group and kidLife Group, sending it home on the passport, and encouraging them to give it a try on the stage!
One kid per gathering has a chance to come on stage and recite it. If they do it, they win a big raft. The best part about the raft is that we already blew it up for you!

Go ahead and memorize it with them!
Luke 6:27-31
"But here is what I tell you who hear me. Love your enemies. Do good to those who hate you. Bless those who call down curses on you. And pray for those who treat you badly.Suppose someone hits you on one cheek. Turn your other cheek to him also. Suppose someone takes your coat. Don't stop him from taking your shirt. Give to everyone who asks you. And if anyone takes what belongs to you, don't ask to get it back. Do to others as you want them to do to you."
